Product Discription:

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheet material serves as the primary material, with self-adhesive layer, surface anti-(reduced) stickiness protective layer (except for the overlapping areas of the membrane), and separating material (when required). It bonds with the concrete that is poured subsequently, using the pre-paved method for  construction, with overlapping edges welded by hot air. Additional layers are not needed, and protective layer not be required. Once it reacts and solidifies with the liquid concrete slurry, the waterproof layer is integrated with the concrete structure seamlessly, it eliminating the risk of water leakage between layers and enhancing the reliability of the waterproofing system effectively.

Product Features:
1、Composed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet material and synthetic polymer adhesive, it offers excellent properties such as high tensile strength, large elongation, impact resistance, tear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability against thermal aging.
2、The use of hot air welding for construction ensures reliable seam sealing.
3、The reverse adhesion effect is good, forming a permanent bond with the poured concrete structure, and the waterproof performance is not affected by substrate settlement or deformation, increasing the reliability of the waterproof layer.
4、Convenient for construction: Can be constructed in all seasons, and does not affect the normal progress of subsequent procedures after construction.

How to Use:
Construction Techniques -
Planar Construction: Clean the base → Base line drawing → Laying prefabricated self-adhesive membrane → Lap joint treatment → Detail node processing → Rebar tying → Concrete pouring.
Vertical Surface Construction: Install vertical supports → Base line drawing → Laying prefabricated self-adhesive membrane → Mechanical fixing of the membrane → Lap joint treatment → Detail node processing → Rebar tying → Concrete pouring.
Tunnel Arch Construction: Tunnel arch → Base line drawing → Support installation → Laying prefabricated self-adhesive membrane → Mechanical fixing of the membrane → Lap joint treatment → Detail node processing → Rebar tying → Concrete pouring.
Key Construction Points -
1、The membrane can be directly laid on "not fully cured concrete" or a damp base without standing water, provided that the base is flat, solid, and free of significant water accumulation.
2、The long edges of the membrane should be lap-joined using self-adhesive edges/welded lap joints with a width of 80mm/100mm. The short edges should be lap-joined with an 80mm wide adhesive tape or butt-welded, and the end lap joint areas should be staggered.
3、For vertical surface construction, mechanical fixing should be performed every 400-600mm within 10-20mm from the edge of the self-adhesive side, ensuring that the fixing positions are completely covered by the membrane.
4、Rebar can be placed directly on top of the membrane without any protection, but care must be taken not to damage the waterproof layer. Concrete should be poured within 30 days after the installation of the membrane is completed.

Precautions:
1、The temperature for laying the membrane must be above -4°C. Otherwise, the lap joints may not adhere properly, leading to waterproofing failure.
2、Operators must be trained before they can work on site.
3、Personnel wearing spiked shoes are strictly prohibited from entering the membrane construction site.
4、Attention should be paid to on-site protection during construction to prevent the membrane from being blown up by the wind.
5、Smoking is not allowed at the construction site.
